Hi everyone,
I am going to keep this message short and sweet and just say HAPPY NEW YEAR and thank you. Each and every one of you holds a special place in my heart. I want to thank you for your messages of encouragement over the last week specifically…you know who you are. It has been quite a year and all I (we) can do is wave good-bye to the past and look forward to a great 2009.
So again, HAPPY NEW YEAR my friends and spread the good word that this good forsaken year is over and it's time to start a new one. Thanks for reading and we'll catch up again soon. -Kurt

- Is there anything Kurt needs that I can send him? Thank you all for the offer! We have everything we need, in fact, if you want to borrow a movie, come on down!
- Is there anything I cannot send or bring when I visit? Yes, the following are prohibited: fresh flowers, fresh fruit, vegetables, anyone even close to being sick and children
- Is there anything I can do to help? Keep an optimistic attitude and throw as much positive energy his way!
- How long will he be there? As of now, Kurt will be here for at least a few months. If he goes into remission they will try for a bone marrow transplant in the beginning of January 2011.

Hey you - Happy NEW year from the Reseigh's - it was hard to read that you have experienced more challenges, but as always, it will be that strong mental attitude of yours and the wealth of love and support that you have around that will get you through this latest round of nonsense - hang in there my friend - we're all sending some good mojo your way!! Yep, Christmas Day was the best ever - am the envy of everyone I've told that we had a private suite at the Laker game (thanks, Evey) and it was great to see you so animated - a fantastic day!!!
'09 is going to be good to you and at the end of it, you're going to look back and say "Wow, its actually been a good year". The good days will far outnumber the bad and you'll feel like a new person! Trust me, I'm your Mom!
